Topic: Mifare Ultralight emulation based on nfc-emulate-forum-tag2 issue

Hello all
I'm trying to emulate mifare ultralight card with my acr122u
The most simple way for me is to use the nfc-emulate-forum-tag2 source code, so i tried to do it and got an issue:
If i change the

.nti.nai.abtUid

field of

nfc_target nt

structure from standart

{ 0x08, 0x00, 0xb0, 0x0b }

to something different, i.e.

{ 0x3, 0x00, 0xb0, 0x0b }

i've got the following error:

lt-nfc-emulate-forum-tag2: Invalid argument(s)

which is generated by

nfc_target_init

What am i doing wrong?

p.s. sorry for my bad english

Re: Mifare Ultralight emulation based on nfc-emulate-forum-tag2 issue

Apparently it's because the ACR122U reader is based on NXP PN53x chip. In card emulation mode the first UID byte is hardwired to 0x08, while you're trying to write it with 0x03.
Now there exists a standalone MIFARE Ultralight emulator with no restrictions on writing UID, and having resettable OTP, lock, and block-locking bits at emutag.com.
