Topic: Will NXP PN544 be supported in libnfc?

It seems PN544 only support I2C, UART. The USB is not supported anymore. I am just wondering if any plan to support the PN544 in the near future? Thanks!

Actually, we don't have such development board, so we haven't started to develop this support but, of course, we hope that PN544 will be supported in libnfc. Do you know any NFC device that use this chip ?

again up the thread...
there is some opensource firmwares for devices with this chip....
is it possible to reuse some code from them to make libnfc work with this chip ?

Hello,

Kolanich, could you give us some pointers about various opensource firmwares you are talking about ?
